Article 1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions on which NA:EUM Co., Ltd. provides this site and the enquiry form on it, together with the rights and obligations of the company and of visitors.

Article 2. Definitions

“Site” means this website and the pages under it. “Visitor” means anyone who uses it. “Enquiry” means a message sent through the form or to the address published on the site.

Article 3. Posting and amending these terms

These terms are posted on this page. We may amend them within the limits of the law, and will give notice on this page at least seven days before an amendment takes effect — thirty days where the change is unfavourable to visitors.

Article 4. What the service is

The site provides information about NA:EUM's products and technology and receives partner enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not by itself form a contract of any kind.

Article 5. Interruption

The site may be interrupted by maintenance, by failure, or by circumstances beyond our control. Where the interruption can be foreseen we will give notice in advance.

Article 6. What we ask of visitors

Do not send another person's personal information without their consent. Do not send unlawful or infringing material. Do not interfere with the operation of the site, whether by automated means or otherwise.

Article 7. Intellectual property

The text, images, three-dimensional models, drawings and code on this site belong to NA:EUM Co., Ltd. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission. Quoting a short passage with attribution, for reporting or research, is fine.

Article 8. About the product shown

The product on this site is under development. Specifications, figures and finishes may change before production, and the images are of engineering samples.

The NA:EUM ring is a wellness product and not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and its readings must not be used for diagnosis or for treatment decisions.

Article 9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for damage arising from a visitor's own fault, from a cause beyond our reasonable control, or from a decision taken on the basis of information on this site that is marked as not yet confirmed.

Article 10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. A dispute that cannot be settled between the parties goes to the court with jurisdiction over the head office of NA:EUM Co., Ltd.
