Privacy policy
NA:EUM Co., Ltd. handles personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. This site is a product page with a single enquiry form, so there is very little to handle — and this policy says exactly what happens to it.
1. What we collect
Through the enquiry form: your name, your company name, your email address, the form factor you select and the message you write.
In your browser only: the ring finish, the case finish and the language you choose are kept in your own browser so the page remembers them. They are never sent to us.
We run no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and we do not build a profile from your IP address or your browsing.
2. Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, and to carry on the business conversation that follows from it. Nothing else.
3. How long we keep it
Until the conversation is finished, and for three years after that, so a discussion which resumes can be picked up where it stopped. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it without delay.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties. If that ever needs to change we will ask for your consent first, except where the law requires disclosure.
5. Processing on our behalf
We do not currently entrust the processing of personal information to anyone else. If we appoint a processor — a hosting or email provider, for example — we will name it here before it begins.
6. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information at any time by writing to contact@naeum.ai. We act on the request without delay, and we will tell you what we did.
A legal representative may exercise these rights on behalf of anyone under fourteen.
7. Destruction
When the retention period ends or the purpose is met, electronic records are deleted by a method that leaves them unrecoverable, and anything printed is shredded.
8. Keeping it safe
Access is limited to the people who need it, records are held on encrypted storage, and access rights are reviewed whenever someone joins or leaves.
9. Cookies
This site sets no cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for the two preferences named in section 1. You can clear that at any time from your browser settings, and the page will simply start from its defaults.

11. Where to complain
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may contact the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972, kopico.go.kr), the Privacy Infringement Report Centre (118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), the Supreme Prosecutors' Office (1301) or the National Police Agency (182).
12. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will post the new version on this page at least seven days before it takes effect, and say what changed.
